TheraMatrix Physical Therapy Network (TPTN) is a unique outpatient physical therapy (OPPT) carve-out program. We currently administer and manage the outpatient physical therapy benefit for eligible UAW-Ford, FCA US UAW and other bargaining unit members.

Average Number of Physical Therapy Visits

While the number of appointments you will need can vary depending on your condition, most episodes of care require 15 physical therapy appointments.

Accountability: Every quarter, TheraMatrix surveys members who completed treatment in the previous quarter to gain feedback regarding the clinic, therapist and the overall TPTN experience. All concerns will be documented and addressed.

Availability: Coverage is available across 44 states, over a wide geographical area. As a patient, you will be able to find in-network physical therapy care near you.

Credentials: All TPTN in-network providers are required to be licensed in the state they practice in and adhere to the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines.

Quality: All cases are manually reviewed every step of the way to ensure that our members are receiving the highest quality of care for their condition.
