COVID-19 Update

3/25/2020: Effective Thursday March 26, 2020 TheraMatrix call center will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm EST. These hours are a temporary change from our normal call center hours and will be in effect while the shelter-in-place is in effect for Michigan. This change allows TheraMatrix to continue to provide service to our members and providers, and yet allows our team members to take care of their families as well. We at TheraMatrix appreciate your understanding during these challenging times.

3/17/2020: TheraMatrix continues to operate in normal capacity. With information being fluid regarding COVID-19, we are monitoring the situation and will adjust our workflow accordingly. Any changes to our business operations will be communicated to providers and members via the TheraMatrix web-site: www.theramatrix.com

All providers, whether private or part of a group, are asked to notify TheraMatrix immediately if any changes are occurring to their business operations. Please notify Provider@theramatrix.com if you have any changes to normal business operations.
